Conclusion

Injuries or calvarium masses in pediatrics are mostly incidental but may be the first finding of an important pathology, therefore it is important for the radiologist to have diagnostic keys that allows them to become familiar and remember the most frequent entities in the different group ages to assist in the clinical approach of patients.
