Sinonasal malignant tumours are rare and represent 3% of cancers of the upper aerodigestive tract.

They offer a range of histological types dominated by epithelial tumours.

They develop in confined anatomical spaces, and come out by mild and non-specific clinical signs, causing a delay of diagnosis.

Thus multi-disciplinary management of sinonasal tumours is necessary, starting with a complete clinical assessment combined with an endoscopic study of the nasal cavities and the nasopharynx, allowing the achievement of  biopsies.

Imaging is necessary to guide therapeutic array by highlighting surgical possibilities, and serves as a baseline before radiation and/or chemotherapy treatment.
