Conclusiones
En la TCMD realizada a mujeres por diferentes motivos podemos encontrarnos con dilatación de las venas ováricas y parauterinas. Debemos ser capaces de identificar y reseñar este hallazgo para su adecuada valoración en el contexto clínico de la paciente.
