Postgraduate radiology education should fulfill multiple criteria: patient safety should be on the first line, radiologists-in-training are young professionals and learners at the same time - so training programs should meet both expectations, more experienced professionals should be motivated to pass on knowledge, legislation and responsibilities should be clear, protocols,

Methods and materials
The department provides teleradiology CT reading services for a smaller hospital in the region,
A web-based PACS (eRad PACS,
eRad Inc.) is used for sharing all patient clinical and imaging data and for reporting.
Emergency cases are reported promptly while elective cases has a longer reporting time (72 hours).

Some numbers 14 first reader and 7 second readerevaluated 4848 CT studies until the end of 2018 (1221 in the first 4 month in 2017 and 3627 during the whole year in 2018 while altogether 4956 imaging studies were peer-reviewed during the same period).
At the beginning 7 first reader and 4 second reader started the project while some of the participants finished during this period (due to finishing training,
personal issues). A survey was carried out among participants during May 2018,
Evaluating our data,
we can conclude that the first 3-4 months can be referred as the learning period (for both first and second readers) that caused the moderately lower grades during the 2nd-4th month period,
comparing with the first month's or later results.
Aslight increase in performance follwed,
but some changes happened among both first and second readers meanwhile (some stopped,
some newcomers joined).
