Methods and Materials
Cardiac MRI was made for 24 patients with isolated ventricular arrhythmia without valvular or coronary disease and for 8 patients with VHD.
In the first group included MRI studies of patients without cardiac disease (age 42.8 ± 11 years,
weight 78 ± 12.03kg; height 169.9 ± 11.37sm) and in the the second group - MRI studies of patients with VHD and related pulmonary hypertension (age 39.5 ± 11.5age,
weight 73 ± 14.35kg; height 171.25 ± 9.625sm). The three-dimensional scan program was included...
Normal 0 false false false RU JA X-NONE There were no differences between coronary sinus visualizationbefore and after CE.
However according to the results better morphometric evaluation and distal flow visualization of major veins wasobtainedwhen the sequences performed after CE.
Comparision of the groups: the CS orifice diameter in the first group was 9.26 ± 1.32mm; in the second group 21.7 ± 5.3mm.
The MCV diameter in the first group was 3.45 ± 0.66mm,
in the second group – 7.95 ± 1.75mm....
The three-dimensional program of the heart scanningonMagnetic Resonance Imaging allows to obtain good qualityimages ofvenous heart course,
sufficient for a relieble estimation of the coronary veins anatomyin patients without cardiac disease as well as in patients with valvular heart disease.
Using the program after contrast enhancement provides more complete estimation of morphometric evaluation of the anatomy and location of coronary sinus and major coronary veins,
allows usto calculate the...
